Seabed cleaning action took place in Punat

For the 28th year in a row, the beloved eco-educational action took place in Punat. On Saturday, May 10th, volunteers from all over Croatia, along with locals from Punat and the island of Krk, dedicated their day to cleaning the seabed of Punat bay and Stara Baška, as well as tidying the beaches of the peninsula Prniba - collecting everything that doesn't belong in the sea or nature.

The Blue Flag flies at Marina Punat for the 28th time

The Blue Flag raising ceremony at Marina Punat was held in anticipation of World Oceans Day. The honour of hoisting the flag was given to the Mayor of Punat Municipality, Mr. Danijel Strčić, in the presence of the President of the Municipal Council, Mr. Ivan Orlić, the Manager of the Tourist Board Punat, Mr. Branko Karabaić, as well as Marina Punat’s management and staff.
