December in festive flavours - enjoy the Cod Days at Marina Restaurant

Restaurant Marina invites you to experience Cod Days, a festive culinary event celebrating one of the Adriatic’s most cherished winter specialties.
Our chefs have created a special five-course menu where cod takes centre stage, presented through both traditional favourites and modern Mediterranean-inspired interpretations.

From the timeless cod paté to modern interpretations inspired by Mediterranean flavours, every bite is a blend of tradition, passion, and creativity.

After a welcome drink, the evening begins with the enticing aroma of black truffle paired with a creamy cod pâté served on crispy homemade bread. The appetizer features golden fried cod bites with a spicy salsa, followed by a risotto with cod and pear. For the main course, enjoy stewed cod with vegetables, and for dessert, a nostalgic classic - pear poached in red wine.
