👉 You will be able to enjoy our pizzas again next spring, and we can already announce that Marina Restaurant will offer new dishes and gourmet surprises specially created for the autumn-winter season.

To welcome the first autumn days, we’ve prepared some new breakfast options. Alongside sweet treats, you’ll now also find savoury stuffed croissants, as well as the option to combine your favourite omelette or frittata. We especially recommend our rich frittata with truffles or porcini mushrooms. A new highlight on our hot drinks menu is coffee with pistachio cream.

We thank everyone who visited our pizzeria this summer and look forward to welcoming you again in the warm atmosphere of Marina Restaurant.

Opening hours from 29. Sept. are:

• Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 22:00
• Weekends from 8:00 to 23:00

The first championship was held in Punat in 2016, followed by another successful edition in 2023. Now, the event has returned once again, confirming Punat as a beloved destination for majorette enthusiasts. The Krk Majorettes, the Croatian Majorette Federation, and the Punat Tourist Board organised the championship, with Marina Punat Group d.o.o. as the main sponsor.

A spectacle of rhythm, colour, and synchronised movement took place at the local parking lot „Gušterna“, accompanied by loud cheering from fans. Temporary stands were set up for the occasion and were filled. Supporters, family members, and curious passersby surrounded the entire enclosed area and enjoyed performances by majorettes from across Croatia.

Each year, Marina Punat Group launches a public competition to fund local associations and clubs whose projects benefit the community of Punat. Through anonymous online voting, five winning initiatives were selected this year, including the project by the Croatian Majorette Federation titled: “PUNAT - The Majorette Capital of the World.”

The goal of the project is to position Punat as a regional hub for majorette education and competitions, enhancing the town’s tourism appeal and economic development. The initiative received a €10,000 grant in support of this vision.
 

Starting Friday, June 6, this beloved gathering place for boaters, islanders, and Marina guests opens its doors again. Unlike Restaurant Marina Punat, which focuses on more elaborate dishes and food sharing, Pizzeria 9 Bofora offers a quicker and simpler menu, ideal for those on the move or seeking a casual meal.

Focus on Pizza and Fresh Salads
The menu will now highlight a variety of pizzas and meal-sized salads, prepared with fresh and quality ingredients.

NEW: All-You-Can-Eat Breakfast Buffet
New this season is the all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet at €18.50, featuring: Eggs in various styles, Spreads, Cereals, Fresh fruit, Hot and cold beverages.

New Opening Hours
Pizzeria 9 Bofora will be open daily from 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM. Restaurant Marina Punat’s new hours will be 11:00 AM to midnight.

Unique Location by the Sea
Located in the heart of the oldest marina on the Adriatic, right by the sea and surrounded by a fragrant garden, the pizzeria offers both a climate-controlled indoor space and an inviting outdoor terrace. For years, "9 Bofora" has been a favourite not only among marina guests but also among other visitors to the island.

Many boaters agree: "See you at 9 Bofora!"

The race course stretched across the Kvarnerić area, starting in front of Puntarska draga, passing Kormat and the islet of Galun near Stara Baška, with the finish line in front of the chapel of St. Nicholas. Although the wind was weak, the regatta was dynamic due to constant changes in wind direction and strength. After almost six hours of sailing, 14 boats crossed the finish line.
The yachts were divided into four groups based on length:

• Group 0: 1. TRINITY+ (fastest yacht), 2. BELLA VITA, 3. DESPERADO
• Group 2: 1. ROTGIPFLER, 2. VIHOR 1 (Yacht Club Vihor Baška, skipper Igor Barbalić), 3. KODO
• Group 3: 1. X (Tonči Skoromeršić, YC Plav Krk), 2. JOKER, 3. LEO
• Group 4: 1. ECHO KRK (YC Plav Krk), 2. ALOHA (YC Malinska)

Once again, Punat proved itself as an excellent host and organiser. Strong support came from Yacht Club Austria, In2TheBlue, the Punat Tourist Board, and the Port Authority of Krk.
The evening concluded with an awards ceremony and a music program open to all locals and visitors.
The regatta week continues with races as part of the Alpe Adria Sailing Week and the J70 Challenge. Punat and the island of Krk remain attractive destinations for sailors and sea lovers from all over Europe.

Volunteers from Punat and Krk, including members of the local pensioners' associations, veterans from the Homeland War, HVIDRA Krk, and the Franciscan friars who call Košljun home, rolled up their sleeves to take on the demanding task of tidying up this little island treasure.
Equipped with tools and fueled by a deep affection for what Košljun represents, they worked hard to restore the paths, trim the olive groves, clear the forest, and bring new life to the greenery. The grass was cut, dry branches removed, shrubs pruned, and trails carefully cleaned, creating a welcoming and peaceful space for all future visitors.
Thanks to their efforts, the island will continue to offer a quiet escape, rich in natural beauty and spiritual heritage. Seeing so many older community members leading the way was especially heartwarming, showing just how deeply Košljun lives in their hearts.
The event was also recognised and supported by the Punat Tourist Board, Marina Punat, and the Punat Shipyard, who all saw the value in this community-driven initiative.

It was a powerful reminder that giving just one morning of your time can make a real difference. And with the spirit and energy shared that day, there’s every reason to believe this will become a cherished annual tradition.
