INTRODUCTION
Marina Punat d. o. o., OIB (Croatian personal identification number): 52846613956, registered address at 7 Puntica, Punat (hereinafter: Company), hereby provides information on the purpose, legal basis and other conditions of the processing of personal data of the users of the Marina Punat App (hereinafter: Application).
The Company is the personal data processing controller and, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Marina Punat Group General Personal Data Protection Policy, processes and protects the personal data of its users.
PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Providing additional services through the Application
Contractual users can use the Application to easily and quickly access information and functionality related to the use of the vessel berth service.
Through the Application, the following information and content are available to contractual users:
For these purposes, the following personal data of contractual users is processed:
Users log in to the Application via an e-mail address, i.e. using a username and password.
The legal basis for the above processing is the contract concluded between the contractual user and Marina Punat d. o. o. as the personal data processing controller.
Ensuring the proper and safe operation of the Application
Data on the type and version of the user's operating system is processed for the purpose of ensuring the proper and safe operation of the Application, including the detection and correction of problems during use. This data is used exclusively as technical data, without identifying the user and without tracking the user’s behaviour.
The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of the Company.
PERSONAL DATA RECIPIENTS
For the purpose of IT support and the maintenance of the Application, the services of authorised data processors are used, who process personal data exclusively according to the instructions of the personal data processing controller and are contractually obligated to apply appropriate technical and organisational measures of personal data protection.
PERSONAL DATA STORAGE PERIOD
Personal data processed through the Application is retained in accordance with the obligations arising from the contractual relationship related to the vessel berth service.
The data relating to the use of the Application will be deleted if the user requests the deletion of the user account.
RIGHTS REGARDING PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Depending on the legal basis and the manner of processing, users can exercise the following rights:
If the user considers that personal data is being processed contrary to the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data or if the user’s rights have been otherwise violated, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency, e-mail: azop@azop.hr.

- display of all user contracts;
- display of the current location of the vessel;
- display of the last photo of the vessel;
- access to photo archives from the previous period;
- contact management;
- adding contacts to access contract and mobile application data;
- activation of berth check-out;
- live view from the camera closest to the contracted location of the vessel;
- Windy.com weather forecast;
- viewing the account balance;
- review of outstanding invoices with Marina Punat d. o. o.;
- display of data from the weather station in Marina Punat, overview of useful information; and
- receiving updates and news regarding the marina.
For these purposes, the following personal data of contractual users is processed:
- first and last name;
- e-mail address;
- username;
- vessel data;
- contract data;
- data on the services used;
- financial data related to the billing and payment of services;
- other data necessary for the proper use of the Application; and
- technical data on the device on which the Application is used.
