Sojourn tax changes for 2019

Pursuant to Articles 16 and 20 paragraph 7 of the Sojourn Tax Act (Official Gazette “Narodne novine” no. 152/08, 59/09 – correction and 30/14), at the session held on 02 August 2018, the Government of the Republic of Croatia adopted the REGULATION ON DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF SOJOURN TAX FOR 2019.
The sojourn tax lump sum paid by owners or users of vessels for themselves and all persons spending the night on that vessel (yachtsmen) is determined in the following amounts:
