A new culinary adventure brings you the finest flavours of the Adriatic straight to your plate! Starting this Friday, May 16th, Marina Restaurant presents a special menu dedicated to one of the sea’s most prized delicacies—fresh local Adriatic scampi.
Our chefs have carefully created a series of refined dishes that showcase the delicate sweetness of scampi, paired with seasonal ingredients like wild asparagus and homemade curd.

Special Menu Includes:
Carpaccio of Adriatic scampi on curd crème
A light and elegant starter that highlights raw scampi's pure, fresh flavour, served with a cream of local sheep curd.

Mille Foglie with sea bass and green apple
