DAYS OF THE CROATIAN TOURISM – MARINA PUNAT IS THE WINNER, ONCE AGAIN!
Marina Punat was given the «Tourist Flower» - Quality for Croatia Award for the best marina in Croatia in the year 2009, once again. In the last few years this is the third time that Punat is awarded as the best Croatian marina. This significant honor was awarded by the Croatian Chamber of Economy and the Croatian National Television.
The event "Days of the Croatian Tourism" was organised by the Croatian Ministry of Tourism in cooperation with the National Tourist Board's main office; Croatian Economy Chamber and the Croatian National Radiotelevision, also in coordination wirth the Ministry of Environmental Protection, Physical Planning and Construction, Institute for Social Research „Ivo Pilar“, Croatian Association of Hoteliers and Restaurateurs, Croatian Automobile Club, and in cooperation with the system of Tourist boards and their representative and branch offices, as well as the hosts: Split-Dalmatia County, Community Bol and Tourist board – Branch office Bol.
This is the largest annual meeting of those involved in the touristic proffesion in Croatia, where the results of this year's tourist season were analyzed, and where suggestions for additional measures and activities for the future were considered.
